The forms are printed on 8 1/2 X 14 inch (legal size) paper. Most printers will allow you to manually feed legal size paper. You will need to specify legal size (portrait) in the print dialog boxes before printing. You will need the Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer to view or print these files. The reader is available as a free download on the Adobe website. OSHA

| Printing instructions
for Adobe Acrobat PDF legal size documents:  Get some legal size (8 1/2 X 14 inch) paper and put it in the manual feed tray of your printer. If you don’t have any legal size paper, just remember that the folks at Office Depot need to make a living too. Click the Print icon on the Acrobat toolbar or select File>Print. When you use Adobe Acrobat to print the forms you should see a dialog box similar to the one below. Your default printer will be highlighted in the drop-down field. Click the Properties button. (Older versions of the Acrobat reader may display another screen where you must click the Setup button to reach a dialog box similar to the one below.) |
